What you provide

The form asks for your name, an email address for a reply, an optional organization, a message, and your permission for Explicium to retain the request and contact you about it. Please do not send passwords, financial account details, client records, or other sensitive information.

Where it goes

Your request is retained in Explicium’s intake system for handling by our commercial and executive workflow. A reference-only receipt can appear in our internal Company workspace. The public receipt does not contain your name, email, or message. It confirms retention, not that someone has read or answered the request.

Technical records

The intake retains a request reference, submission and consent timestamps, source page, and a one-way network-source identifier for abuse controls. The website uses limited in-memory request counts. Hosting infrastructure may also retain ordinary connection logs.

This tab keeps a random retry reference and a fingerprint of the submitted fields in session storage so an interrupted request can be retried without creating a duplicate. The field contents themselves are not placed in that storage. Closing the tab ends this browser-held retry continuity.

What this form does not do

Submitting this form does not create a customer account, take payment, book a demonstration, or automatically send a marketing email. This reviewed public surface does not load analytics or register a service worker. Any product access, suitability, commercial terms, or next step is confirmed separately.

For a correction or a question about a retained request, submit a message quoting its receipt reference, or raise it in any reply you receive. This notice describes this demonstration form only, not the terms of a separate product or service.
